Tips for a smooth forehead: press the fingers of both hands on
the forehead. Now try to draw the eyebrows with the strength of
the muscles of the forehead to the top. The resistance that provide
the hands of this Exercise strengthens the muscles. Keep the tension
up to 10 seconds and repeat 5-8 times
Trick to double chin: Put a hand under the chin. Now try to open
my mouth. Hold the contraction also up to 10 seconds and repeat
the exercise 5-8 times
Fresh and radiant eyes: Very good action shows green tea. Tip:
two cotton pads in the tea and dunk to put the eye area for 10 minutes.
Lie back and let it close your eyes. Then another eye cream –
and the wrinkles become smoother!
